CrossFit Level 1 Cert

A real treat it was. All I have to say is a Level 1 Cert is a must. Unless you are in a good box, you will never come to the realization of that almost all the movements you have been doing were wrong. I now feel like I can train the world. I will use my wife as the first student. She has said that she will do everything that I train her on, no questions asked.

More on the cert. The cert is awesome. All the trainers are awesome. Freddy C, Jimi Letchford, Chris Spealler (Speal), Mike and Lisa Ray. The host box (CrossFit Asia) is badass as well. Jaime has his shit together.

THANKS to all the trainers that came out. THANKS to Jaime for being a kickass host. I will take the knowledge I have gained and pass it on to all that will hear me out.

CrossFit can be for you too

It's been a while since I last posted here. I have been going strong at CrossFit now since the first. My body appears to be transforming before my eyes. I guess the diet I'm on, and the cutback on alcohol, helps too. I talked my bro (Steve) in the States into trying it out too. So far he said that he's gone down one belt notch and that he's starting to get noticeably ripped too. CrossFit is for everyone. The young, the old, the injured, the healthy. I have never experienced anything, exercise wise, like it in my life. The ass kicking workouts last anywhere from 10 min to , on a real long day, an hour. I'm never in the gym anymore longer than that though. For example tomorrows WOD (Workout Of the Day) is here. 20 minutes of pure fun. A lot of people drop out, about 80%, because people in general are lazy, and not to many like to do things that are real hard on them. Just remember that the pain you feel from exercise is only the weakness leaving the body. So give it a try. What's one day in a lifetime of fitness. Just don't become one of the lazy 80%. If you are reading this post you are probably better then that.
