CrossFit

So I decided to change my workout up on the first of the year with CrossFit . CrossFit, wow! is all I have to say. This is very addicting. It's not just a workout, but a lifestyle change. I have started the zone diet and have been doing the WOD's since the first. My friend and I will even be attending a Level 1 cert in Okinawa. Some people think we are crazy. I think we both have a vision of the way we want ourselves, and the life around us, to be. Good luck to us. I have came to that conclusion that, if we stick with it, we can accomplish anything. From what I have read online, CrossFitters, those who actually stick with it, can do anything. I will be starting another blog to track my progress. Don't worry, this one is not over. I am just moving another part of the documentation of my life to another page. Just remember 3-2-1 GO! :-)
