Within the last month I haven't been going to the gym as much as I should be. I think I actually have lost a lot of muscle and put on about 10lbs of fat. I have decided that I will give myself a good birthday preset. A new body in 12 weeks. Unfortunately I will have to cut out on the (PRIME TIME) I will be putting in a new thread starting the 28th documenting my weekly progress. I welcome you to follow my progress.
